5. Pick Your Dates
Set your rental dates and confirm the duration of your booking—with a minimum of one day.
6. Secure Your Booking
Complete the payment through our secure gateway. Choose from various options like wallets, UPI, or cards.
7. Collect Your Bike
Visit the designated pick-up location with your Aadhaar and driver’s license for final verification. Get ready to ride!

Rental Policies
By adhering to these policies, Scoot ON ensures a safe, reliable, and enjoyable experience for all users.
1. Booking Requirements
All users must have a valid driver’s license and government-issued ID (Aadhaar or passport) for verification. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
2. Rental Duration
The minimum rental period is one day. Extensions can be requested through the app, subject to bike availability.
3. Payment Policy
Payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Accepted methods include wallets, UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
4. Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Bikes must be picked up and returned to the designated location at the agreed-upon times. Late returns will incur additional charges
5. Damage & Maintenance
Users are responsible for any damage caused to the bike during the rental period. Regular maintenance checks are conducted to ensure bikes are in optimal condition.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the pick-up time are eligible for a refund. No refunds for same-day cancellations.
7. Safety Guidelines
Helmets are mandatory for all riders. Adherence to local traffic laws is required to ensure safety for all users.
